John is a photographer. Mia is a writer & graphic designer. In the nineties they started the photography and design company. In 2000 they bought a screen press and changed their name to the social architects. In 2010 they leased 558-A West Second Street in Pomona’s Art Colony and changed their name to Twenty Miles East... hoping to draw all their los angeles based friends to their establishment. In 2013 twenty miles east went virtual offering their products and services online, nation wide.
